Overall, this was an okay transaction, but some feedback: The seller didn't package this monster box in another box and instead just taped it closed and shipped it. This meant I had to scrape off their shipping label and that my local post office had written on it, thinking it was the shipping container. I understand this item was used, and didn't expect it in pristine condition, but the seller should have boxed it for shipping. It was pretty banged up.
I was thrilled to receive the vintage Dugan marigold carnival banana boats in the wreathed cherry pattern. These bowls were exactly what I was expecting based on the seller's written description and the attached photos. The bowls were very well packaged for shipping and arrived safely. I am very pleased with my purchase. It was a great value. I can't wait to treat my grandchildren to a banana split in these lovely old bowls. I recommend this seller.
