Item was brand new in the box and looks exactly as described in the photos. It’s a Stanley so we know the quality is great. I have seen them for more expensive so I do think I got a great deal. I love the appearance overall… It looks much better in person. My only hangup is, I wish that we would have gotten the straw topper that was shown in the pictures, but I would still do business with this seller again. Overall, very satisfied. 
Item is good enough, but not quite as described. I was missing the plush drawstring bag; for the price - and the description - it should have been included. Also, the straw topper isn’t like the one pictured. I very rarely give less than 5 stars because I’m pretty flexible, but it’s good enough. It is what it is.
I'm always skeptical purchasing Labubu stuff online, but this cup was authentic and as described. I would absolutely buy from again. It was shipped out quickly and did not take long to arrive. It was well packaged and looked exactly as it was shown in the pictures. I'm very happy with this purchase.
