This small, unique, hand-painted, bird shaped bonbonniere (small fancy box), trinket, snuff box is a charming addition to any collection. The design features the distinctive Bilston/Battersea or Staffordshire enamel style circa 1770. The box is perfect for storing small items, such as a lock of hair, or snuff, and will add a touch of vintage charm to any room. The box looks to be all original and ready for display or use. There is slight damage to the base, see photos. Size is @ 1.75" x 1.5 " x 1".
