Seller communicated well.Upon arrival only one item was in the packaging.The seller responded right away & sent another two out for delivery.Unfortunatley one arrived broken ( the packaging wasn't very secure). I still had the first one & I did eventually end up with the two I had purchased.Not the best of quality, as the pearl like balls are easily breakable but cannot complain for the price.Many Thanks
There was a delay with the item and the seller was quick to respond and offer me a partial refund and to resend it due to a delivery issue. I never asked for any of that but when I asked if there was any issues they offered that themselves. Honestly a great costumer service experience and the item itself is great.
