It came properly packaged but it was all dirty like it had been sitting outside or in a yard(but that was pictured in the ad so I should have assumed. Regardless it was a tremendous deal! These are $200-$250 new and it works as a new one should also came with a ton of extra wiring and power supplies and a camera!
