AA++ Seller. Ceramic part of item arrived totally broken. I contacted seller and we worked together via the messaging system about how to proceed. He was responsive and I went out of my way to be cooperative as well. In the end, he refunded me the total amount. Very responsible seller and I would purchase from him again. I honestly think that better packaging would have prevented this but the seller is very experienced and worked appropriately with me. Would buy from again!
I was so pleased with the first pair of tongs that I purchased another pair from this seller. This second pair was also shipped quickly and just like the first pair these were wrapped in a good amount of padding and were shipped in a box and the tongs were exactly as described. Very pleased with this seller and would buy from them again.
