A great tool from Pampered Chef!!!!........just place unpeeled (or peeled) cloves in the well and press.....it will squeeze the garlic through the holes. Use a knife edge to scrape off the bottom of the press, and the tip of the knife to lift out the "peels".... I have one and do a head of garlic at one time (not all the cloves at the same time) and freeze what I don't need. It freezes well, defrosts fairly quickly and handy to have for last minute garlic bread spread....or other recipes. Press is dishwasher safe. About 6" long. Just my experience....my "tool" quickly became lost in my "utensil" drawer and a knife works faster than trying to dig them out. My utensil drawer is NOT well organized, lol.
