I believe that this is on the delivery department.. They recorded a delivery but I never got the package.. Regardless they just leave the package on the sidewalk in front of a closed business.. I have not received the package!!! Also I requested the package to be sent to the Los Angeles address.. 1624 Wilton Pl Los Angeles,Ca I communicated with your staff and we agreed to the 20th because of preparedness issues. Everything came in the box brand new and packaged just like a high-quality name-brand product. Unfortunately, the ground is frozen in my part of the country at the moment, but as soon as it thaws, I will be sure to revisit and update this review.
