Product was as described and packaged well. Price was a bargain. Shipping was a disaster! After waiting for the promised delivery date, then the new expected delivery date, I contacted the seller to say that it was not received by USPS. No response. Two days later, I contacted Ebay and asked to cancel order. They notified seller, who wrote back that it was a mix-up at USPS. Ebay said I had to wait 5 more days to see if it arrived. Seller finally got it moving two days later. Two weeks total.

Item came in good condition. Not new. After speaking with seller. A different item was sent. seller responded right away and we found a middle ground. This seller is professional and deffinetly deserves more than five stars for customer service! also the product works as it should! Great value for final price paid
