This is a replacement Oster broiler oven. The first one lasted for five years and is still working just diminished somewhat so we replaced it. The communication with the seller was excellent. It was shipped in a timely manner, but FedEx kept delaying the delivery date and when I called them, they just kept repeating the new delivery date. Bad on them great on the seller.
The juicer I received, was a different juicer from what was pictured in the listing. However, the item I received was a quality item.  I requested a refund and was immediately refunded my money. Not only that I was allowed to keep the item. Very generous. Mistakes happen and I believe this seller to be a good person. My sincere thanks to this seller.
