Item works PERFECTLY, thanks! Seller has been improving their customer service! They RE-shipped me an entire replacement diffuser kit after the 1st glass nebulizing reservoir was damaged in shipping. They did NOT use any external padding to pack the retail package (not even in the 2nd replacement shipment), just a thin bag. I was EXTREMELY LUCKY that the 2nd item arrived undamaged, as the box actually had a large dent on top that the 1st box did not have due to the same lack of external padding.
As advertised, well made for the price. Shipping was immediate and delivery time was on schedule. I trust this seller even though they had to cancel one item from my order. I hate having refunds on things I need. If you don't have one, then don't sell me one. I didn't get my tax refunded, just my purchase cost from from the supplier. Where is my tax money going or or will it be refunded later? A+ seller with good prices.
