Seller immediately refunded my purchase, even before I knew that the shipper (FedEx had lost/mis-delivered my package to some other address. (FedEx showed that my purchase had been delivered Sat, 7 Dec at 1330, but the driver's picture showed a package at a house that was not mine.) FYI: I called FedEx today and talked to a live person who said that the tracking number I was given was actually that for a different address, not mine. I have my refund, as I said; accidents happen. Excellent commo.
The experience, just seemed odd. I’ve never had a seller contact me to tell me that the purchase is damaged after shipping. Seller didn’t package it well? Can’t say. The price value would’ve been fantastic, if I could have gotten it. I’m getting refunded for an item that I’m not receiving, yet tracking says is delivered. What? And for me to purchase the “last item” - to see one is still available for at a higher price and not offered the item I wanted, they have still? Just refunded. Hmm.
I ordered two 2 of this item and they got canceled due to damage in shipping and the seller refunded my money. However at a later date one of them showed up in a new shipping box and new printed label on it. It was bent up a bit but I still can use it. I informed the seller that I had received one of them , but I did,t hear anything back.
