Cutting Boards are made of High Density Polyethylene Plastic. The Plastic Cutting Boards are Commercial Dishwasher Safe, including the spike temp that exceeds 185°. HDPE cutting boards have special surface finish insures long product life and will not dull knives. Plastic cutting boards is an exceptionally white natural polyethylene color, creating a bright, clean and sanitary look that commercial food processing operations require.
