Very smooth transaction. Box was damaged by the USPS but the contents were all there and the product functions as designed. Good value for the price, merchandise as described in excellent condition. Shipping charge was reasonable as mentioned USPS handling was poor. Great seller would buy from again.
There was a slight issue (slightly older model was sent than what was listed, an honest mistake I believe). After contacting seller, they were VERY fast at responding, and offered several very fair options, and remedied the situation very fairly. Thank you!
Coffee maker was a great value, packaging was great and it arrived promptly, although the item was damaged. Seller immediately went above and beyond to issue a refund. Customer service is excellent. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase from this seller again.
