I received an email that my tape was delivered, however when I looked outside it as not there. I sent the seller a message that I did not receive it and to either send it or refund me. I did receive the tape a few days later. I clarify that my address was street, not place, I think they mistakenly delivered it to the wrong place and the people kept the tape. In any case, they did send me the tape and I appreciate it. The tape is great!
I did not receive this item as the shipped delivered it to the wrong address. The seller sent them immediately and were they were delivered within two days but not to me. The seller was great about this and refunded me right away. I would definitely order from him again.
Seller was great. UPS misdelivered the package, so I never received it. I put in a ticket with UPS and let the seller know. The seller refunded as soon as they knew what happened. Feel bad for the seller, but appreciate the quick communication and resolution.
