Our experience with this particular seller was different but good. The difficulties were experienced by both of us, from customs delay to DHL dropping the ball. She took total responsibility even though it wasn’t her fault. She’s a great communicator, kept us informed throughout without fail. When it became obvious that something had gone wrong, she instantly refunded our money in full and an apology even though it wasn’t her fault. Bad luck but great seller. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Was nervous when teapot arrived in its original box but was not taped. Cynically thought there was no way everything was in there, but it was. Thankful for the honesty of the postal persons. Love this teapot and will probably buy another as a gift for my daughter in the near future. Would recommend the seller, but suggest a strip of tape / cello to close the box securely in the future.
Great service, great communication and shipping time! The seller keeps track of shipments all the way thru. I would recommend any time. I was very satisfied with service. Was disappointed in product however, and would not buy again. But definitely would recommend seller to all.
