Not a rating of the item, which I’m sure would have been just fine, since I have used it before, and Camp Chef hickory pellets are the same whoever sells them. In this case, the seller’s shipper could’t deliver to my address. After discussing the difficulty with me, and determining that we could not resolve the shipping issue, the shipper immediately offered to refund the purchase.
