Both are Entire Letters with good red boxed date stamps used on LATE FEE mails from LONDON (with serifs and later one without) - the 1837 cost 1/6d postage (= 18 times the cost of the 1850 example!) to WARWICK and the 1850 had the postage reduced to just one penny from 1840 onwards (creased through stamp) neatly illustrating the huge differences in postage following the introduction of the UNIFORM PENNY POST 0n January 10th 1840.   3. Extremely quick transaction yet again from this highly recommended trader. My item arrived securely packed in a cardboard backed envelope with additional cardboard protection inside. The letter was exactly as described/pictured and it represented good value given it's age, content and uniqueness. It is also worth noting the very reasonable cost of postage.
