Upon delivery this was found to have manufacture's defect. Reported this to the Seller. They immediately responded to arrange for me to get the product returned. This required a slightly atypical method but they made sure to find the best way to accomplish it & got a plan in place to make it happen. I attached my return label, let them know when to trigger the UPS Pick Up & a few hours later the package was on its way back. EXCELLENT Customer Service & Communications ALL THE WAY THROUGH. Bravo!
Even though I mistakenly thought I was purchasing an unopened box. once I got over the mystery of why it was in an outer amazon box and that the product box was resealed with Amazon stickers and the parts rattled around int the box before opening I am satisfied. I checked my order and sure enough it disclosed I was purchasing an open box.
